King to speak at GOP dinner
U. S. Rep. Steve King, R-Kiron, will be the keynote speaker at the Hamilton County Republicans annual spring dinner on Saturday at the Webster City Senior Citizens building, 749 Second St.
Officials said serving begins at 5:30 p.m. with the menu to include barbecue pork sandwiches, baked beans, coleslaw, drinks and homemade pies for dessert. A freewill offering will be taken.
County GOP officials said other elected officials have also been invited to attend. The event is open to the public.
