Two stores, one building

WILLIAMS Farmers in central Iowa now have a one-stop shop for all their farm needs. Two local Titan Machinery Case IH farm equipment dealerships are merging into a brand new, 53,000-square foot complex opening Wednesday near Williams.

The new facility is centrally located between the two former dealerships in Jewell and Iowa Falls, and is just east of Boondocks Corner where Interstate 35 meets old Highway 20.

Employees from both dealerships will continue to serve area farmers at the new Williams location. Dale Stockdale is the store manager at Iowa Falls, and will continue as manager of Titan Machinery Williams location.

“We need a larger, modern facility to accommodate the larger equipment,” said Stockdale. “For example, at the Iowa Falls location, our service technicians work on equipment outside, and in the winter in the snow and cold. We have to because of shop size, low ceilings and large machinery. By combining our service technicians, GPS specialists and parts departments from both dealerships into one bigger, better state-of-the-art building, we’ll have the resources to meet and exceed the expectations of area farmers more efficiently.”

Titan officials said customers of the new dealership in Williams can expect a wider variety of parts in one location, expanded parts and service hours, and great access to area highways. The new store is close to Interstate 35 and U.S. Highway 20 and is connected to a network of county highways well-suited for hauling oversized equipment. In addition to service, the Case IH dealership has a large selection of equipment in stock, with access to all Titan Machinery inventories extending from northern Minnesota to southwestern Nebraska.
