‘Healthy Plate’ program set for Wednesday at VDMC

The city of Webster City Wellness Committee and Van Diest Medical Center have partnered to offer a presentation called, “How to Build a Healthy Plate.” This program will be Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. in the Sampson Room of Fuller Hall. The guest speaker will be Kristi Zwiefel, RD, LD dietitian from Van Diest Medical Center. She will share ideas on how to increase fruits and vegetables in the diet, show food models demonstrating portion sizes and give other suggestions on how to eat healthy.

There is no charge for this event and pre-registration is not required.
