Most wanted arrested

Webster City Police have apprehended another suspect featured on a recent Crime Stoppers “Most Wanted” poster, according to Police Chief Brian Hughes.

Hughes said just before 2 a.m. on Nov. 13, the Webster City Police Department was called to 1400 Grove St. for a welfare check on a woman. Upon arrival, the resident, Tamara Jean Stueland, answered the door. She was crying and stated Eddie Poe was in the residence. Poe was located on the second floor. There is an active protection order between Poe and Stueland and both admitted to knowing of its existence. Also, both had acknowledged Stueland had recently traveled to Omaha with the intent to bring Poe back to Webster City. Poe and Stueland were arrested and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.

Poe was recently featured as one of Hamilton County Crimestoppers most wanted.

Eddie Lee Poe III was charged with the following Violation of a Protection Order (Misdemeanor); Served two warrants and one two-day mittimus

Tamara Jean Stueland was charged with the following Violation of a Protection Order (Misdemeanor) and Aiding and Abetting (Misdemeanor).
