Bank to break ground April 16

WCF Financial Bank has scheduled its groundbreaking ceremony for their new facility located on Fair Meadow Drive for April 16, 4 p.m.

Bank officials said those scheduled to attend the groundbreaking ceremony include the WCF board of directors, staff, contractors and city officials. WCF Financial Bank customers and other interested parties are also welcome to join in the ceremony.

“We are excited to break ground and begin construction,” said Stephen Mourlam, WCF Financial Bank President and Chief Executive Officer. “The new facility reflects our strong commitment to the future of Webster City and surrounding communities.”

Mourlam noted that WCF Financial Bank will close their offices at 4 p.m. on April 16 to allow all staff to participate in the groundbreaking. This includes both the lobby and drive up.

“The new building will provide an environment to improve our customer experience, support future growth of our institution and the services we provide,” said Mourlam. The new facility will feature green building materials, front door parking, a comfortable waiting area complete with a fireplace and easy access to the ATM and drive up facilities. In addition, it will allow for customers to be served in a professional, confidential, secure and timely manner.
