Seminar set for April 28
Thinking of ways to improve your company’s productivity? On April 28, the Webster City Area Chamber of Commerce and Ameriprise Financial will present the next seminar in the series, “Mind. Body. Bottom Line.” to focus on “Increasing Productivity Through Fitness.”
Kent Harfst and Leah Felts, Fuller Hall Recreation Center, will provide information on the options available through Fuller Hall as well as tips and exercises to increase energy. Mary Fortune, Shanti Wellness Day Spa, will share general health and wellness tips. Linda Lahr, Ameriprise Financial, will wrap up the class as she shares information on how wellness programs and having healthy employees positively impacts an employers bottom line.
The seminar will be held in the Sampson Room of Fuller Hall with dinner/networking to start at 5:30 p.m. with the meal to be provided by The Lunchbox. The seminar is slated to run 6 to 7 p.m. Cost will be $15 for Chamber Members and $20 for non-members and includes dinner.
