Bicycles, strollers parked along sidewalk pose a hazard

To the Editor:

I have always taken pride of being born and raised in Webster City.

It has always been a safe and beautiful place to live, However I have noticed this summer the mass of bicycles and strollers at the corner of Willson Avenue and Second Street.

It not only looks horrible, but it is a hazard for those of us who go for walks. Iinstead of being able to walk down the sidewalk, we have to either go to the street to get past the mess or weave our way in between all of them, which can be hazardous in itself.

It would be nice to have some rules on where the bikes can be parked in a safe place.
